We are seeking a full-time (30 to 32 hours per week, 3 to 4 days a week) provider for our Salisbury Rehab. & Nursing Center, located in Salisbury, MD. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. New grads are welcome to apply. This position offers work-life balance (no on call or weekends!) and the opportunity for bonuses through our no-cap incentive compensation program.   Genesis Physician Services (GPS), part of Genesis HealthCare - one of the nation's largest providers of skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy - is a group practice of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and others who specialize in the holistic care of sub-acute, skilled nursing and long-term stay patients. We invite you to join the GPS team as an Advanced Practice Provider -- Physician Assistant (PA). This is a collaborative role where you will work with skilled nursing center leadership to meet specific clinical goals/priorities and with the Medical Directors and/or Attending Physicians for patient-specific medical care. The Advanced Practice Provider -- PA provides primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate from a program accredited by the ARC-PA and take the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation. PA state licensure required. NCCPA certification required. A minimum of two years' experience working with adult or geriatric population is preferred. In states where practice allows; APRN with an unrestricted professional license and DEA, for each state in which they practice. PA with an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state in which they practice.
