MAAPC has successfully represented APCs within the Maryland State Legislature since 2005, maintaining and improving the scope of practice for all APRNs and supporting our PA colleagues. In 2015, MAAPC’s signature bill SB723/HB999 created Full Practice Authority for Maryland NPs (for details, visit our Legislative Center).
