Additional Information

Andrea Singer, MD, FACP, CCD, is a member of the Departments of

Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology at Medstar Georgetown

University Hospital and serves as director of Women's Primary Care.

She is a certified clinical densitometrist and director of the Bone

Densitometry Program within the Department of Obstetrics and

Gynecology. She is also the medical director of the Georgetown VIP

Health Check Program. Dr Singer holds a faculty appointment as an

associate professor of medicine and obstetrics and gynecology at

Georgetown University Medical Center (GUMC) and is also the clinical

director of the National Osteoporosis Foundation.

Dr Singer received her medical degree from the Albert Einstein

College of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency in

internal medicine at GUMC, served as chief medical resident, and

joined their faculty in 1994.
