This activity is approved for 4.5 contact hours of continuing education (which includes 4.5 hours pharmacology) by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. This activity was planned in accordance with AANP Accreditation Standards and Policies. This education activity will be submitted to the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education for approval of up to 4.5 contact hours of accredited education
