Invitation: Nurse Practitioners and America’s Primary Care Shortage (October 15)

Greetings everyone,

I want you to know about a nationally live-streamed presentation I am giving next Monday morning, Oct 15th, in Washington, DC. at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI). The presentation is about the contributions of NPs in addressing the problem of inadequate access to primary care in the United States. Following my presentation, there is a reactor panel. More details are available here on the AEI website.

The AEI will archive the event, so you can view it later if you wish.

TWO THINGS!

1)  I ask you to contact the AEI and request a hard copy of the report – they purchase a large number and it would be great if the AEI was able to send them out and it would send a signal that they have latched onto a good topic. Please contact Maryanna Mitchell at Maryanna.Mitchell@aei.org, 202.862.7197.

2) Please distribute this invitation to people on your distribution lists. The more enthusiasm and the more people viewing the livestream presentation, the stronger the message will be to people in the room, including many legislative aides. AEI has sent this report to every governor’s office and has invited many people on Capitol Hill.

So, thank you for helping get the news out...and hopefully you can join me live on Monday, Oct 15th!

Sincerely,

Peter Buerhaus
