Nidhi Kotwal is a board-certified pediatric pulmonologist at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed graduation from Goa Medical College in India and a pediatric residency at the Icahn School of Medicine/Elmhurst Hospital Center in New York City. She then went on to do a pulmonary fellowship at Children's National Medical Center, Washington, DC.


Her clinical interests include the management of lung diseases including sickle cell disease, severe asthma, lung disease of prematurity and childhood interstitial lung diseases. She also performs bronchoscopies and interprets lung function tests
