Sabrina Sepulveda, MSN, CRNP-PMH is a board-certified Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Ms. Sepulveda graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2002, and a Master of Science in Nursing in 2011. Ms. Sepulveda received the Excellence in Psychiatric Nursing Award from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2011. As owner of Harborside Behavioral Health, LLC, her practice focuses on psychiatric evaluations and pharmacological management of mental health disorders in adult patients.
Dr Nicholas J. Tannous, MD, FAAPMR is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and has extensive training and practice in Interventional Pain Management and Regenerative Interventional Orthopedic Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Pain Medicine and participates actively with the Interventional Orthopedics Foundation. He completed a residency at Ut Southwestern School of Medicine/Parkland Hospital and is affiliated with Holy Cross Germantown Hospital. Dr. Tannous’ presentation meets the requirement for safe prescribing of opiates under COMAR
