Posted about 3 years ago
Dr. Barnes is dedicated to ensuring that medications are used in an equitable manner without regard to race, gender, socioeconomic factors, criminal history or other factors. She has over 10 years of experience working with vulnerable populations to standardize medication management and access to care to prevent negative patient outcomes. She chairs the Statewide Pharmacy & Therapeutics meetings for state correctional systems, offering my expertise with medication utilization, cost-effectiveness and specialty therapeutic groups (e.g. HIV and HCV) in hopes of providing quality and access to marginalized populations.
