Kelli Goldsborough was previously certified as CHPN and performed palliative care and pain management for patients with terminal illness for 5 years and worked alongside palliative pharmacists for assistance in titrating pain medications for patients with various types of pain. Since transitioning from bedside nurse to NP, she has had experience with both acute and chronic pain as a primary care provider. She has dealt often with chronic neuropathic pain in wound care patients. Most recently, she works in an inpatient addiction setting treating patients with various types of addiction and managing both their acute and chronic conditions.
