I am writing to you today to make you aware that the Governor's Appointments Office (GAO) is preparing to make appointments to the Board of Nursing in accordance with HB611 and the Nurse Practice Act. In accordance with the Annotated Code of Maryland, Health Occupations Article, section 8-202(b)(5), the Board is providing notice to the public that all 14 Board member seats are now open for appointment.
