Marianne Hiles is a highly experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) with over 30 years of expertise in Maternal-Child Health. As the Clinical Nurse Specialist for the Family Center at Frederick Health Hospital, she provides advanced nursing care and leadership in postpartum, newborn nursery, and antepartum settings.

Marianne earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Indiana University School of Nursing in 2011, specializing as an Adult Health CNS. She is a board-certified Adult Health Clinical Nurse Specialist and holds additional certifications in low-risk neonatal care, electronic fetal monitoring, and is recognized as a Fellow of the Clinical Nurse Specialist Institute (FCNS).

With a deep commitment to improving perinatal care, Marianne has dedicated over 20 years to working with patients affected by opioid use disorder and their newborns. Her passion for advancing care in this field led her to pursue an advanced practice nursing degree, allowing her to drive impactful changes in the management and outcomes of this vulnerable population. Through her expertise, advocacy, and leadership, Marianne continues to elevate the standard of care for maternal and neonatal patients.
