Safe Prescribing of Opioids

These presentations comply with Maryland's 2018 requirement for individuals applying for or renewing their Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) registration.

 

Implicit Bias Training

As of April 1, 2022, all applicants for Maryland health occupation licenses, including renewals, must attest to completing an approved implicit bias training course. Applies to all health care professionals, including physicians, nurses, dentists, social workers, psychologists, pharmacists. Completion of the training does not require Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or certificate of completion to your licensing board. MAAPC offers a certificate of completion if needed.
