I am seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner preceptor who has a commitment to developing the next generation of advanced practice nurses. The ideal preceptor is an experienced and has the patience to work with a new student. I am looking for someone who values teaching and mentorship, a NP who is willing to explain their clinical reasoning, offer constructive feedback, and create a supportive learning environment where questions are welcomed and growth is encouraged. Ultimately, I hope to learn from a preceptor who is passionate about their role, invested in community health, and eager to help shape a confident, competent, and compassionate future Family Nurse Practitioner.
