DNP students at the University of Maryland are required to successfully complete a DNP Project as a component of the program. This project must focus on a change that impacts healthcare outcomes either through direct or indirect care. They must be based on findings from human subjects' research, or implementation science research, and utilize improvement science methods.

All projects include planning, implementation, and evaluation components, which were completed by Spring 2020. They will be presenting for the Pearls of Practice 8 webinar to share details of their projects through poster presentations and disseminate their findings.

This activity is approved for 7.0 contact hour(s) of continuing education (which includes 3.0 hours of pharmacology) by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Activity ID 20024160. This activity was planned in accordance with AANP Accreditation Standards and Policies.

Physicians and PAs can claim 7.0 Category 2 CME for this webinar.
