About MAAPC

The mission of the Maryland Academy of Advanced Practice Clinicians (MAAPC) is to advance the roles of all Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) through education, collaboration, and legislative advocacy.

Since 2005, MAAPC has been a strong advocate for Advanced Practice Clinicians in the Maryland State Legislature, consistently working to enhance and protect the scope of practice for APRNs while supporting our PA colleagues.

MAAPC is a fully volunteer-driven organization. We proudly welcome all APRNs and PAs as voting members, fostering an inclusive and collaborative professional community.

Join us in our mission to promote and protect the roles of Advanced Practice Clinicians in Maryland!
