For the past twenty years, Dr. Goodwin has instructed undergraduate students in the area of cultural competence. Her dissertation research focused on the inpatient experiences of limited and non-English speaking Hispanic patients. Dr. Goodwin has presented nationally in the area of cultural competence and IPE.
