Wendy Zhang, BSN, RN, CCCTM, is in the final semester of the University of Maryland Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program. Ms. Zhang is nationally certified in Care Coordination and Transition Management. She has expertise in providing holistic care to vulnerable populations in a variety of settings across the care continuum locally and globally. Her primary focus is on advancing holistic healthcare in order to benefit providers, patients, and communities.
