In undergraduate school, Dr. Megan Thomas worked with a team at Sheppard Pratt Health Systems to review articles to assess the correlation between trauma and dissociation. In pharmacy school, she wrote an article discussing sleep disturbances in PTSD. As a pharmacist at UMMC, she reviews and helps treat a variety of behavioral health conditions in admitted patients.
