Dr. Pajoumand currently works as a critical care pharmacy specialist in the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in the Neurotrauma ICU and the Lung Rescue Unit. She is also a clinical pharmacy manager for the critical care pharmacy specialists. She has worked in trauma critical care for over 10 years and was involved in developing the UMMC guideline for anticoagulation reversal. She has also spoken to the Shock Trauma CC fellows on anticoagulation reversal, too, for the past few years.
